In our Professional Support Service, you'll play a vital role, supporting Children’s Services on an administrative basis, you'll contribute significantly to Children's Services, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. Role Overview

The Operational Support Assistant will be supporting Children’s Services across 8 Family Hubs in Coventry. You will provide administrative support, including front‑desk duties, greeting visitors, handling calls, managing bookings, inputting and updating electronic management recording systems, and other tasks as appropriate. Flexibility to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the 8 Family Hubs, managing front‑desk operations, handling calls and visits, maintaining electronic records, and performing additional tasks as needed.

  • Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
