AboutThe Role
The Communication teams (Brand and Communications, Press and PR, and Digital) within the Marketing and Communications section at Warwick Business School are looking to appoint a part‑time Communications Coordinator on a 0.5 FTE, 18.25 hours a week basis. Reporting to the Communications Officer, you will contribute significantly to the efficient running of the teams by providing important administrative and operational support as well as communications assistance.
- Process financial transactions and invoicing
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Assist with team projects
- Work on the weekly WBS staff newsletter
- Create and upload content to digital signage screens at the main WBS building and at The Shard
- Monitor the internal communications inbox as required
- Support with reporting
You will need strong administrative skills, be able to work on your own as well as in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and to deadlines. You will be at ease working in a changing environment and be involved in a number of tasks at any given time.
