Vacancy Type: Full-time, Apprenticeship (Fixed-Term, duration aligned with training programme)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 apprenticeship salary + full employee benefits

• Provide administrative support for contracts, tenders, and supplier documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of pricing, quotations, and financial tracking spreadsheets.
• Help maintain accurate project records, reports, and correspondence.
• Support supplier engagement and procurement activities, including order processing.
• Conduct market research and help prepare presentations and commercial summaries.
• Liaise with internal teams across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales.
• Learn how to support compliance, export controls, and documentation for defence projects.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll build real business experience and see how commercial functions work together across the organisation.
