• Proven experience in business development or account management.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Understanding of social housing, energy sectors, and housing compliance.
• Familiarity with renewable products.
