An established and well‑respectful construction contractor based in the Midlands is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual at the early stages of their Quantity Surveying career to gain broad, practical experience across all aspects of the commercial function. You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and senior management, supporting projects from early budgeting through to final account.

• Assisting with cost planning, budgets, and estimates
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor enquiries
• Measurement and preparation of valuations
• Assisting with variations, cost reporting, and final accounts
• Maintaining accurate commercial records
• Working collaboratively with site teams and the wider business

• Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction‑related discipline (or working towards one)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Keen to learn, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in the construction industry
