. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term contract position (up to October 2026) working remotely, with a weekly allocation of 37.5 hours.
Working Hours:
08:00 – 22:00 shift pattern.
Salary: £25,883 per annum.
Daily Duties- Review rent and service charge accounts, contacting customers via phone or digital channels.
- Identify reasons for non‑payment and provide tailored support/advice.
- Handle sensitive conversations with resilience and empathy.
- Manage a caseload, offer benefit advice, discuss repayment options, and agree sustainable arrangements.
- Ensure customers understand actions required to resolve debt issues.
- Previous experience within Social Housing.
- Ability to work a varied shift pattern between 08:00 and 22:00.
