Working a 37.5-hour day shift, earning £24.37 p/h (PAYE) or £32.00 p/h (Ltd/Umbrella).

What You Will Do:

Identify opportunities with internal and supplier continuous improvement initiatives and implement actions to meet or exceed quality standards.

Conduct investigations using problem resolution tools and techniques to drive process improvements.

Perform product and process audits, ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures.

Lead and support quality assurance processes, including APQP, FMEA, and PPAP.

Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products, as well as supplier on-site approvals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional results.

What You Will Bring:

A background in Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Auditing within engineering, preferably within the defence or automotive industry.

A strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Experience in customer and supplier interactions, with a focus on quality assurance.

Proficiency in problem-solving tools, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies.

A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
