Regional Manager – Ground Investigation (Coventry, UK)
A leading UK ground investigation company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow its Midlands operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take on a senior leadership role within a respected organisation that values technical excellence, innovation, and strong team culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK.
Responsibilities- Full responsibility for regional performance, including financial management, team leadership and project delivery.
- Oversee tendering, reporting and client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical integrity.
- Lead a skilled and growing team, provide mentorship and ensure professional development opportunities are realised across the business.
- Solid background in ground investigation, ideally with a degree in geology, civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience of UK ground conditions, investigation methods and laboratory testing.
- Confidence in using relevant geotechnical software.
- Strong communication and project management skills and a meticulous approach to quality and safety.
