RSK Geosciences, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer based in Coventry, UK
. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

The Geosciences team delivers consultancy and design services to a wide range of external clients, including engineers, house‑builders, oil companies and local authorities. • Design and manage a variety of geo‑environmental and geotechnical ground investigation and interpretative projects for both external clients and internal teams within RSK.
• Conduct soil and rock logging to current geotechnical standards, including laboratory scheduling.
• Prepare H&S plans and RAMS.
• Develop remediation strategies, including verification works on site.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with new and existing clients, integral to the growth of the Geosciences department in Coventry and the wider business.
• Provide technical leadership in the day‑to‑day delivery of projects.

• BEng or BSc (or equivalent) in Civil, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Whilst not essential, a further degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics, Environmental Science or an equivalent discipline is desirable.
• Registered with a suitable professional body and working towards Chartered status (e.g. Geol Soc, CIWEM, ICE).
• Significant and demonstrable experience of geotechnical and geo‑environmental investigations and reporting.
• Experience preparing preliminary geotechnical and geo‑environmental reports.
