, you will play a key role in growing Lucion’s Geospatial Surveying division
, focusing on land, topographical, and utilities surveys
. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts to support major projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in surveying services and a passion for geospatial solutions.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand Lucion’s footprint in land, topographical, and utilities surveying.
- Identify and engage with new and existing clients, securing opportunities within construction, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
- Promote Lucion’s surveying expertise and work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client requirements.
- Represent Lucion at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging geospatial technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within land, topographical, or utilities surveying.
- A well-established network within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or utilities sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
