The Role As the BIM Lead / BIM Manager, you will:
Oversee BIM delivery across major stadium and sports sector projects Manage the creation, coordination, and quality control of BIM models for MEP services Lead BIM standards, digital workflows, and project-specific BEPs Coordinate multidisciplinary models and run clash detection using tools like Navisworks Mentor and support BIM technicians and engineers across the team Work closely with design leads to ensure accurate, efficient, and collaborative model delivery Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to champion best-practice digital design What You'll Bring Strong BIM leadership experience within building services / MEP Advanced skills in Revit , Navisworks , and BIM coordination workflows Understanding of MEP systems, design processes, and construction methodology Experience producing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) Knowledge of standards such as ISO 19650 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead, train, and support multidisciplinary teams Why Join Opportunity to work on world-class stadium and sports projects Hybrid working and flexible environment Clear progression into senior digital leadership roles Dynamic and collaborative team culture Exposure to cutting-edge engineering and digital innovation If you're passionate about BIM and excited by the idea of contributing to globally recognised sports and stadium projects, I'd love to share more details.
