Overview

A leading estate agency and mortgage brokerage is seeking an ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker to join their successful team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CeMAP 1 who is looking to start a high-earning career in the mortgage industry with full training and progression.

What You’ll Do

Support senior Mortgage Advisors and learn the full advisory process

Handle client enquiries and complete fact finds under supervision

Work with high-quality, pre-qualified leads from the Coventry branch

Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams

Deliver excellent customer service and follow FCA guidelines

What We’re Looking For

CeMAP 1 qualification (essential)

Experience in sales, customer service, banking or estate agency

Strong communication and people skills

Ambitious, driven and motivated by high earnings

Full UK driving licence & own vehicle

Clean credit history

What You’ll Receive

Up to £25,000 basic salary (including car allowance)

£500 monthly financial guarantee for 6 months

Realistic OTE £45,000–£50,000 in first year

Uncapped commission (potential £65,000+ in year two)
