Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a stable, hands-on role within a friendly, well-established business in Coventry? This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy sales ledger and play a key role in driving healthy cash flow.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll be trusted to manage credit risk, build strong relationships, and keep aged debt firmly under control. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being part of a supportive SME environment, this role could be a perfect fit.

What you'll be doing

Managing a high-volume sales ledger from end to end

Proactively collecting cash and maintaining agreed credit limits

Building professional relationships with customers through regular contact

Resolving invoice queries efficiently to prevent payment delays

Monitoring aged debt and supporting month-end processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a Credit Control role

Confident, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills

Well organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Good working knowledge of Excel

Adaptable and hands-on, ideally from an SME background
