• Managing a high‑volume sales ledger from end to end
• Proactively collecting cash and maintaining agreed credit limits
• Building professional relationships with customers through regular contact
• Resolving invoice queries efficiently to prevent payment delays
• Monitoring aged debt and supporting month‑end processes

• Proven experience in a Credit Control role
• Confident, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Adaptable and hands‑on, ideally from an SME background
