You'll provide day-to-day finance support for an FMCG site, involved in daily production meetings to talk through waste, labour and variances. You'll help managers understand their numbers, manage costs and land their budgets, while keeping core tasks like month end, VAT and reporting on track. You'll also support projects on usage and materials variances, process improvement and automation across the sites.
 
What you'll need
 
Previous experience in finance or management accounting.
Ideally, AAT qualified or similar, or studying / keen to study CIMA (full support available).
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be desirable but not essential.
Naturally curious, keen to ask questions and "get under the skin" of what's driving the numbers.
Confident enough to talk to managers on the shop floor and senior stakeholders, and to challenge where needed.

Salary up to £38,000 + study support for CIMA if required
8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch
