We are looking for individuals who are CeMAP 123 qualified and are keen to be trained to become successful and compliant Mortgage and Protection Advisors. All training and leads will be provided.

Positions are Self‑employed
; we do not have an employed alternative.
Hybrid working is acceptable, though regular office exposure is required to maximise referral opportunities from our Estate Agency teams.

Training & Development: Full training program to become fully qualified.

Performance & Earnings: On‑target earnings of £50,000+, with higher earnings possible through over‑achievement.

Work arrangement: Self‑employed, hybrid with office presence in Coventry.

Qualifications: CeMAP 123 or equivalent; background in Financial Services preferred but not compulsory.

Responsibilities: Manage leads, build client relationships, provide mortgage and protection advice.
