We require a SAP Success Factors Consultant for our higher education client who possesses experience of configuring and customising the Success Factors modules LMS and Employee Central.

• Configure and customise Success Factors modules LMS and Employee Central.
• Support the rollout of LMS and Employee Central and perform ongoing BAU work.
• Assist with the implementation of Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Generate Story Reports in Success Factors (nice to have).
• Provide SAP C4C input for ASK HR (nice to have).
• Support reporting for higher education sector requirements including HESA returns (nice to have).
• Work independently at a high pace with minimal supervision.

• Experience configuring and customising Success Factors LMS and Employee Central.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors Story Reports.
• Experience with SAP C4C for ASK HR.
• Knowledge of higher education HR processes and HESA returns.
• Proficiency in HR processes, preferably within a higher education environment.

The role requires you to be based at the client site two days per week in the West Midlands.
