Impulse Leisure is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures. The role supports recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, and assists with disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other HR processes.
Ideal candidates will have previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law, strong communication and organisational skills, and experience with HR systems. CIPD L5 or equivalent HR experience is preferred.
