Senior People Partner

The role partners with Engineering and Data Science leaders on people strategy, coaching, and complex employee relations. A strong candidate brings several years of People Partner experience in a fast growing tech company, deep knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Handling sensitive cases with tact and using people data to spot trends are central.

How it fits the AI era

AI tools can speed up data collation and trend spotting in engagement and performance reviews, freeing the partner to focus on coaching and difficult conversations. The human side, such as building trust, advising leaders, and navigating sensitive employee relations, stays central. The role helps technical teams stay healthy as AI reshapes their work.

How it builds AI experience

Working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams gives direct exposure to how AI products are built and the people challenges that come with them. Building AI experience means learning how those teams operate and using people analytics tools to support decisions. The partner can also apply AI assisted tools for note taking and data review, as the company already does in recruitment.
