Ecology/Nature Recovery Recruitment Consultant

Position: Ecology / Nature Recovery Recruitment Consultant
We're hiring:
Recruitment Consultant, Ecology & EIA Independent. Never alone.

You got into recruitment to help talented people build great careers. Somewhere along the way, targets, pressure and short-term thinking got in the way.

At Locri, you run your own specialist desk in ecology and EIA, with the backing of a team that has done it before. We provide the brand, the infrastructure and a community of experienced consultants. You bring your expertise and your integrity.

We put people above profit and careers before targets. If that's how you want to work, we'd like to talk.

You won't be starting from scratch. We work with a very wide range of clients, from specialist ecology consultancies to large multidisciplinary practices and landscape studios, who are actively looking to fill ecology and EIA roles now. Demand is strong, driven by Biodiversity Net Gain, EIA and EcIA, protected species work, renewables and infrastructure.

You'll join a wider Locri network of specialist desks:

• Ecology & Environmental
• Nature Recovery

What you get

• People: a community of experienced specialist consultants, in-house mentoring
• Purpose: recruitment as a business for good, in sectors shaping a better built and natural environment
• Place: a trusted brand that studios and candidates already know
• Routines: the tools and admin handled, so you can focus on people

About you

• Recruitment experience, ideally in ecology, environmental or the wider built environment
• Genuine interest in the natural environment and the people who protect it
• Proactive, personable and committed to doing recruitment properly
• Confident building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
