G-tem is seeking an HR Administrator to support the full employee life cycle within a manufacturing environment. You will handle onboarding, leavers, inductions and e‑boarding, respond to daily queries, and help with recruitment screening and right-to-work checks.
You will also monitor sickness absence, relay information to payroll, maintain HR data accuracy, and support system/process improvements and ad hoc HR projects including arranging occupational health for new starters.
