CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Coventry.

As IT Support Engineer, this will be a standalone role where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.

• Provide remote phone support for equipment troubleshooting.
• Identify spare parts and assist distributors with orders.
• Escalate issues to engineers and schedule site visits.
• Manage UK support cases in the CRM.
• Test and maintain showroom equipment.
• Handle warranty returns, including testing and replacements.
• Support engineers on-site.

The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

• Ideally, you will hold a full UK driving license.
• Strong understanding of networking.
• SQL Server and database concepts.
• Windows and Mac OS experience.

• Salary ranges from £30,000-£35,000 dependant on experience.
