• 8+ years of experience in AWS security (preferred)
• Designing and implementing at least 4 AWS projects (preferred)
• Experience with Cloud Security and compliance frameworks (CIS, GDPR, PCI‑DSS, etc.)
• Knowledge of SIEM, CSPM solutions such as Security Hub, MDC, Prisma, WIZ
• Proficiency with native AWS Security services:
  Security Hub, Config, WAF, VPC, Guard Duty
• Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Preferable experience in AWS Security and additional cloud security architecture in GCP or Azure (advantageous)
• Functional understanding of the O&G/Manufacturing sectors

• Support the resolution of P1/P2 incidents
• Create and review change tickets; attend CAB meetings for approvals
• Attend Architecture Board meetings
• Author knowledge‑base articles for the L2 Security team to aid ticket resolution
• Lead knowledge‑sharing sessions with customers and internal teams
• Ensure security compliances are met and maintained
• Collaborate with teams to reduce vulnerabilities and improve security exposure
• Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews and ensure closure of open action items
• Design and build solutions, creating HLD and LLD documentation
• Apply Shift‑Left methodology and drive automation, AI and Agentic AI implementation to enhance services
• Maintain modern architecture with CI‑CD integration; be proficient with Git and automation tools
• Communicate and manage client needs and expectations throughout all phases of information security solutions
• Work independently with internal and external stakeholders regarding security requirements
• Collaborate with Presales, Sales, Consulting and Advisory functions; deliver strong presentations
• Lead training on security best practices and provide leadership within the team
• Develop and implement service improvement plans

• BEng, MEng or equivalent degree in Cyber Security (preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant Cyber Security operations experience; 5+ years of AWS cloud security design and implementation experience (preferable)
• Experience in GCP, Azure or OCI cloud security is an added advantage
• UK Security clearance (required)

• AWS Cloud Security Specialty (mandatory)
• AWS Dev Ops and Provider Solutions Architect certifications (optional)
