Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Private Client Team at our Coventry office.

This is a full-time office-based role with the option to work one day per week at home after completing a probationary period.

Would be suitable for someone with at least three years’ experience.

Must have a good knowledge of the following areas:

• Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
• Preparation of LPAs
• Deeds of Variation
• Probate and estate administration, including IHT
  400 Account and taxable estates
• Financial management of client’s affairs for whom Members of the firm act as Attorney/Deputy
• Court of Protection applications

• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Work calmly and accurately under pressure
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-managed, organised and a high level of initiative
• Ability to meet billing targets
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Full secretarial support provided
