What you’ll be doing :

The role will involve:

Heading up and growing a busy, successful Family Law Department
Managing a caseload of privately funded family law matters including:
Divorce
Separation agreements
Financial settlements
Co-habitation
Civil Partnerships
Children matters
Conducting advocacy as required
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will be:

Fully qualified – solicitor or chartered legal executive
A member of Resolution (preferred)
An experienced private family lawyer
A senior lawyer looking for the next step or an existing head of department, seeking directorship or partnership in the longer term
Excellent leadership skills and client care skills
Ambition and drive to lead and grow the Family Department and further progress your career

This is a permanent job which can also be offered on a consultancy basis if preferred, working 35 hours per week, with flexible or reduced hours also considered. Benefits include:
