A well-regarded and growing law firm is currently seeking an experienced private client legal assistant to support its busy and expanding Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in Private Client work who is looking to build a long‑term career within a supportive environment.

• Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to Private Client fee earners
• Assisting with the preparation and progression of probate and estate administration files
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner
• Preparing correspondence, legal documentation, and detailed file notes
• Learning to draft wills and LPAs with training and supervision provided
• Managing files, diaries, and maintaining accurate records

• Previous experience in Private Client work or legal administration is essential
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and client‑care skills
  
  Able to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and develop

• On‑site parking
• Full‑time, office‑based position
