- Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
- Test and repair LED video wall panels.
- Prepare, maintain, and de-prep AV equipment, IT equipment, and stage sets.
- Deliver small to medium equipment hires locally and assist with installations and removals.
- Carry out a range of warehouse tasks and support logistical needs.
- Work closely with the operations team to meet service and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with management to maintain quality levels and processes.
- Maintain the warehouse and prep areas, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Lead and assist with preparation and de-preparation of equipment and cables alongside event technicians and project managers.
- Set up stage sets according to project requirements, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Safely load and unload vehicles, managing deliveries and equipment collections professionally.
- Rig and de-rig equipment to a high standard, even under tight time constraints.
- Conduct first-line fault finding and perform maintenance on cables, hire stock, and IT equipment; coordinate external repairs when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to understand workloads and prioritise tasks appropriately.
- Support the general upkeep of the building and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
- Follow all health and safety policies and internal procedures.
