Delivery Station Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Station Manager to oversee our last-mile delivery processes, responsible for driving team performance and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Overseeing day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries.
• Leading, motivating and managing a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conducting daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.
• Ensuring adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands.
• Promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.
• Establish a responsibility-oriented team culture and promote continuous improvement
• Monitor core operational indicators, formulate improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolving service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintaining compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.

• Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery.

• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Skilled in data-driven operations, proficient in logistics systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skill
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
• Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Knowledge of last mile delivery operations.
• Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations.
• Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
