• Operational Leadership:
  Design and implement warehouse workflows, optimize warehouse layout planning, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Team & Resource Management:
  Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Responsible for workforce planning, shift scheduling, and dynamic resource allocation based on business needs.
• Process Standardization:
  Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality, minimize errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inventory & Quality Control:
  Ensure accurate inventory counts and reconciliation to minimize losses. Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Inbound & Outbound Execution:
  Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring all operations are completed safely and on time.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the point of contact for the customer operations team, resolving issues and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Data & Performance Reporting:
  Monitor and analyze operational data, generate regular performance reports, and propose improvement actions to drive efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Maintain safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
