  Support the manager to deliver exceptional service across all outlets.
• Coaching & Developing:
  Motivate a talented team of F&B Team Leaders and Team Members.

  Maximise income and profitability through smart resource management and consistent delivery of commercial targets.
• Maintain Excellence:
  Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
• Make an Impact:
  Deputise for the F&B Manager when required—take charge of shifts and manage operations.
• Innovate for Growth:
  Identify opportunities to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.

• Significant experience in a food and beverage environment with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
• A passion for service excellence and developing people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Good numeracy, IT, and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and health & safety legislation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
