Role Requirements
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and thrive in empowering teams under pressure.
  • Proven leadership in a managerial role within health and social care settings.
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieving Level 5.
  • A driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Innovative and proactive in developing the service.

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
