Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments

* Ability to work in a physical role

* Basic to communicative English level

* Willingness to relocate to Daventry (support available!)

* Strong work ethic and a great attitude

Roles Available:

1. MIG Welder

* Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components used in trailer frames, bodies, and accessories.

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.

* Perform visual and dimensional checks on completed welds and assemblies.

* Assemble trailer parts using jigs and fixtures to maintain consistency and precision.

2. Robot Welder

* Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to job specifications and production schedules.

* Load and unload parts into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment.

* Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and consistency.
