4 on / 4 off nights (7pm - 7am)

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-driven QA Technician to join our team in Coventry. In this vital role, you'll support the delivery of safe, high-quality products by ensuring our Quality and Food Safety standards are consistently met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and monitor production processes in line with the Quality and Food Safety Plan.
Collect samples and carry out microbiological, chemical, organoleptic and shelf-life testing; record results accurately.
Act as a Quality and Food Safety Champion, maintaining high GMP/GLP standards and supporting complaint reduction.
Ensure full traceability and maintain accurate, legible production records.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and support preventive actions.
Verify equipment according to the Calibration Plan and report issues.
Check, verify and file Production and QA records for accuracy and easy retrieval.

What We're Looking For

Previous QA/QC or technical experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Confident communication skills with the ability to challenge non-conformances
Ability to work effectively on night shifts as part of a small, supportive team
Level 3 Hygiene (minimum)
Basic Health and Safety
HACCP knowledge
