Exactaform Cutting Tools is seeking a dedicated Production Control Manager to lead our Stores, Dispatch and Planning team, ensuring production planning, scheduling, and logistics run smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage a four‑member team, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Engineering and Quality to meet customer demand reliably.

• Production Planning & Scheduling – develop and adjust accurate production plans that align with capacity, labour and material availability.
• Material & Inventory Management – oversee stores operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, drive stock‑accuracy improvements and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Logistics & Material Flow – lead internal and external logistics, oversee inbound and outbound flows, and maintain OTIF delivery.
• Operational Alignment & Communication – act as the central link between Ops, Sales, Eng. and Quality, providing timely updates on plan adherence and risk.
• Leadership & Team Development – lead and develop the production control, stores and logistics teams, promoting a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
• Performance Management & Reporting – track KPIs such as schedule adherence, OTIF, inventory accuracy and report trends to senior leadership.

Key objectives include improving schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, logistics efficiency and team capability. KPI targets are schedule adherence ≥95 %, OTIF ≥95 %, inventory accuracy ≥98 %, and material availability incidents = 0.
