Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Days role Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday. Overtime available as required. Holiday: 26 days annual leave.
OverviewWe're seeking a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join a fast‑paced, high‑precision engineering environment. You'll be working predominantly using Haas machinery, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
- Offline programming (training available)
- Work from detailed engineering drawings
- Check own work using manual measuring tools
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced workshop
- Uphold health and safety best practices Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer
- Strong measuring and inspection skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Quality‑focused with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and dependable
