Lead Fabricator

BMS Engineering are specialists in the design and manufacture of tubular and sheet metal fabrications, roll cages and chassis structures for the Automotive and Motorsport Industries.

Due to continued growth, we require a highly skilled Lead Fabricator with experience in the Motorsport Industry to join our small team and support a range of exciting projects. We are looking for a well organised individual with a fineattention to detail and good communication skills.

• Leading hands‑on fabrication of bespoke motor sport components
• Interpreting and working from CAD and detailed engineering drawings
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Helping to identify and implement process improvements

• TIG and MIG welding (Steel & Aluminium) to a high standard
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Motorsport fabrication
• Tubular and sheet metal fabrication expertise
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• CNC machinery operation (press brake, mill, lathe)
• CAD software experience
• FARO arm CMM/inspection experience
• Roll cage installation
• Titanium welding
