Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Coventry

Salary: £50,000

Shift Pattern: 3‑week rotating shift

Our client in Coventry is a leading industrial business. They are recruiting Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their rapidly growing team, investing in process improvements and training to optimise plant efficiency.

• Undertake planned maintenance and record activities in the maintenance system.
• Support production operators when needed.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ensure Health & Safety is followed at all times.
• Mentor junior engineers to meet training goals.

• Experience as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with high‑speed conveyors and automated machinery.
• Mechanical, electrical and PLC fault‑finding experience.
• Level 3 Engineering qualification or similar.
