• Visual Inspection:
  Inspect parts before fitting and raise any issues.
• Transferring Information:
  Fit parts to a vehicle following manufacturing instructions.
• Multi‑tasking:
  Work across different assembly cells with flexibility.
• Vehicle Preparation:
  Remove base vehicle equipment and grind/sand internal surfaces using hand‑held tools.
• Integration:
  Fit and integrate new parts/equipment to military vehicles, ensuring quality.
• Sub‑Assembly:
  Assemble a range of parts within tight production line timescales.

• Affinity for and understanding of vehicles, ideally military vehicles.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in a related field.
• Capability to read and interpret design drawings and adhere to manufacturing instructions.
• Basic vehicle service skills with a focus on safety standards and situational safety awareness.
• Qualification in either an electrical or mechanical environment is desirable.
• Passion, pride, and a keen eye for detail in your work.
