• Communicate, lead, and inspire in line with the Brose FIRST Principles so that our teams can achieve their full potential.
• Drive Quality and Continual Improvement in line with our Brose Production System and the Company’s Mission, vision, and strategic goals
• Build and lead an effective operational team, including recruitment, training, coaching, developing and performance reviews
• Liaise and develop close working relationship with customers and suppliers
• Capacity planning, monitoring for all resources; manpower, machines, methods, and materials
• Plan and execute budgets, monitor and drive KPIs and improve the enablers to drive results, for all aspects of the business
• Working with our customer teams, both locally and in the headquarters ensuring effective controlled change management including new program introduction
• Absence and Disciplinary management

• Degree or equivalent in Production or Engineering
• Previous experience in leading teams in a manufacturing / JIT environment. We do not believe that this position would suit someone stepping into Leadership for the first time.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with employees at different levels, leading cross-functional teams and possesses the ability to make sound business decisions and elevate issues as required
• Strong, demonstrable people management experience, that is employee centric in approach and someone who possesses the passion to achieve through sustaining trusted and open relationships.
• Embracing Lean leadership behaviours to drive day‑to‑day improvement activity like 5S and longer‑term lean projects to enable continuous improvement in performance and the way we operate. Encouraging participation in our employee recognition and IDEAs schemes.
• Demonstrating ability to respond at pace, to changing demands through robust planning, teamwork, and collaboration
