Counterbalance Driver – Arquitetura I Design

Full‑time position with a manufacturing business based in Coventry, CV3. Pay rate £14.40 per hour. Term: temp to perm after 13 weeks, starting ASAP.

Working hours:

Thursday–Sunday 08:30–19:00 (40 hours per week). Minimum:
Valid counterbalance license required.

• Offload/load finished and delivered goods.
• Ensure all product incoming or outgoing is correct and in suitable condition.
• Supply the production facility with required inventory in a timely manner.
• Report any quality failures to warehouse leadership.
• Follow all company processes correctly.
• Perform other reasonable tasks within skill level as required.
• Maintain clean and presentable working areas.
• Store inventory safely and suitably.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory.
• Complete and file pre‑use check sheets.
• Carry out equipment maintenance as required and on an ad‑hoc basis.

• Valid counterbalance license (must have).
• Recognised and current forklift truck licence preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Able to work using own initiative.
