As Retail Marketing Lead, develop and deliver creative, insight‑led marketing strategy across physical stores and digital channels, driving footfall, sales, brand strength, and awareness.

• Salary: £38,000 per annum

• Develop and execute a retail marketing strategy aligned with overall strategic business objectives and seasonal trends.
• Analyse market data, consumer behaviour and sales performance to shape campaigns; use customer loyalty program insights to segment audiences and personalise marketing requirements.
• Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, promotions and budgets.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across in‑store, digital and social media channels to drive footfall, sales and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations and store teams to develop engaging in‑store signage, displays, events and experiences, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
