Accept Recruitment are actively looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join one of our clients in CV6, which is a leading aerospace company offering career progression and up skilling opportunities for the right candidate.

Your Responsabilites:

* Performing visual and functional checks using basic inspection equipment.

* Documenting and updating inspection results, non-conformance reports, AS9102 FAIR documentation, and other quality related documentation linked to the inspection role.

* Comply with the company’s quality standards AS9100, ISO
9001, AS9102, and other standards as specified by our customers.

* Communicating with suppliers and internal staff to let them know about potential problems and discuss how to solve them.

* Maintain digital files and reports on product quality.

* Support Non-conformance investigations and 8D activities.  Support with in-process audit checks.

* Adhere to the companies Health and Safety procedures

Key Skills and Abillites

Excellent attention to detail and able to demonstrate experience in working in this type of role. (Required).

Minimum of 5 years work experience gained within a manufacturing / production environment to enable successful performance of job expectations. (Preferably Aerospace background, but not essential).

Knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance activities within an organisation.

Experience working with engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and Golden Samples.

Familiar with AS9102 First Article Reporting.

Competent on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills for the control of self-workload.

Professional handling of all internal and external communications with regards to quality.

Good team player.
