Quality Calibration Administrator

Term : 6 months

Location :
Ansty Park, Coventry (on site, 37.5 hours per week)

Working Times : 07 : 00 – 15 : 30 Mon – Thurs, 07 : 00 – 12 : 30 on Friday

Pay : £20.36 per hour PAYE

Position Summary

Our client have an exciting opportunity for a calibration administrator to support the Quality Department by maintaining and administering the company’s calibration and test equipment program to ensure traceability, compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 17025 where applicable) and ensuring the timely availability of calibrated equipment.

You will drive performance of KPIs directly linked to the Annual Improvement Plans and business priorities, ensuring that calibration KPIs are up-to-date and be able to articulate emerging trends and themes which will be used for wider efficiency programmes.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage Calibration database (net-inspect)
• Process calibration certificates and ensuring calibrated equipment is identified / tagged and tracked
• Schedule and coordinate outsourced calibrations, including contractor scheduling / management for fixed assets
