Role within Next, a FTSE-100 global retailer.

Rotational shifts.

• Help our stores feel safe and secure.
• Work closely with Store Teams and build strong relationships with local police.
• Identify high‑risk areas and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
• Engage with store management to ensure LP standards are adhered.
• Act on other duties requested by the Regional LP Manager, including out‑of‑hours surveillance, LP auditing, additional support at other stores and attendance of department meetings.

• Previous security experience within a retail environment is preferred.
• Flexible and willing to work across different stores and opening times.
• Daily travel required to cover a cluster of stores within reasonable distance from your home address.
• Committed to keeping store teams and customers safe, well‑organised, hardworking, self‑motivated and ready to use your initiative.
• Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with store teams, police and customers.
• Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable with using IT systems/computers (preferred but not essential).
