• Liaising with prospective sellers and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sellers and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• Focusing on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
• Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good telephone manners
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
• Attention to detail

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to a vehicle less than 10 years old and proof of business insurance
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Evidence of your right to work (passport or birth certificate)
• Proof of address, National Insurance number, drivers licence check
