Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who energize our retail environment, build relationships, and educate customers about our products and services. They thrive in a dynamic setting, continuously learning and adapting to new technology and customer needs. Successful candidates will complete new employee training and develop their skills in a team-oriented environment.

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate products and explore customer needs to offer personalized solutions.
• Use digital tools effectively to enhance customer interactions.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless experience.

• Passionate about customer service and connecting with people.
• Competitive and successful in sales environments.
• Team player willing to learn and share ideas.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
