Location:

Job Type:Permanent, Full-Time Thursday - Monday

Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 Per annum + generous commission scheme and Quartly bonus scheme
OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in first year

Company Branding:A National and Customer focused Housing Developer are looking for a sales advisor for a traditional new build site in Coventry.
Job Duties:- Manage the sales office and process for all customers for the development
- Offer progression opportunities within the business
- Driving Licence
- New build homes sales experience
- Sales Negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in new build housing sales
Knowledge andSkills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills
- Sales negotiation
- Knowledge of new homes
