What you will do:
  • Engage with children, young people, and their families to provide tailored support and interventions.
  • Assess the needs of families, coordinating and planning comprehensive family support.
  • Act as a Key Worker for families, managing cases and facilitating positive behavioural changes.
  • Deliver both individual and group work programmes to promote development and family integration.
  • Collaborate with other agencies such as police, housing, and education to design and execute effective support strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all data handling is in compliance with Coventry City Council guidelines.
  • Participate actively in supervision, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance your skills and the service’s effectiveness.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional office hours to meet the diverse needs of families.
