Senior Youth Worker

30 per week Salary: £31,989 FTE (£23,993 pro rata)

About the Role Our client is a values-driven organisation supporting young people to feel safe, confident and empowered.

They are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Youth Worker to deliver group sessions, one-to-one mentoring and alternative education provision. This role is perfect for someone who builds trust through consistency, curiosity and kindness.

What Youll Do Lead high-quality group-based youth and community sessions Deliver one-to-one mentoring using trauma-informed practice Build safe, respectful and meaningful relationships with young people Respond to challenging behaviour with calm, consistency and curiosity Maintain safeguarding records, progress notes and reflective practice Contribute to programme development and team learning Youll also receive Protective Behaviours training and ongoing development.
