Complex Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Multi-Drop Van Drivers for a full‑time role based in Birmingham. Drivers must be living in Coventry and willing to travel daily between Coventry and Birmingham to complete multi‑drop deliveries of light building materials to commercial and residential locations. This role offers consistent weekday work within a well‑organised operation and long‑term, ongoing opportunities.

• Daily Coventry‑Birmingham routes
• Mix of long and short multi‑drop deliveries
• Supportive team and well‑structured operation

• Completing 1,020 multi‑drop deliveries per shift
• Delivering light building materials
• Deliveries to builder merchants, warehouses, and customer homes
• Daily travel from Coventry to the Birmingham depot
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Providing professional, courteous face‑to‑face customer service
• Handling initial customer queries confidently
• Liaising with the central office when required
• Maintaining company standards and representing the company positively

• Minimum 1 year multi‑drop van driving experience
• Must be based in Coventry
• Comfortable travelling daily to Birmingham for work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and flexible with a positive attitude
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
